By using OneVisa, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before applying for any visa through our service.

1. Who We Are

OneVisa is a visa processing service for Indian passport holders. We help you apply for electronic visas (e-Visas), Visa-on-Arrival, and Electronic Travel Authorizations (eTAs) for 45+ countries. We are a private service and are not affiliated with any government entity.

2. What We Do

Our service is limited to:

  • Collecting your visa application information through our platform
  • Verifying documents for accuracy and compliance with government requirements
  • Submitting your application to the relevant government portal on your behalf
  • Tracking application status and notifying you of updates
  • Providing customer support during the application process

3. What We Don't Do

  • We do not guarantee visa approval. Final decisions rest with the issuing government authority
  • We do not process traditional embassy/consulate visas that require in-person interviews
  • We do not provide legal immigration advice or assist with work/residence permits
  • We do not provide travel insurance, flight bookings, or hotel reservations

4. Your Responsibilities

By using OneVisa, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or applying with parental consent
  • All information you provide is accurate and truthful
  • Your passport and supporting documents are genuine
  • You have reviewed the visa requirements for your destination before applying
  • You understand that providing false information may result in visa rejection and legal consequences

5. Fees

Our fees are clearly displayed before you submit your application:

  • Government visa fee: Charged upfront via Razorpay. Varies by country and is set by the issuing authority.
  • OneVisa service fee: ₹500 flat, charged only after your visa is approved.

6. Payment

All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets. We do not store your card details.

7. Processing Times

Processing times displayed on our website are estimates provided by government authorities. We do not control actual processing speed and cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. Rush or expedited processing (where available) is subject to additional fees.

8. Liability

OneVisa is not liable for:

  • Visa rejections based on applicant eligibility (financial, criminal, or immigration history)
  • Changes in government visa rules that occur after application submission
  • Delays caused by government processing beyond stated timeframes
  • Travel disruptions, flight cancellations, or trip changes resulting from visa delays or rejections
  • Losses arising from your decision to apply for a visa based on our tools or calculators

Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount you paid to OneVisa for the specific application in question.

9. Money-Back Guarantee

Our money-back guarantee applies when visa rejection is caused by an error on our side (incorrect form fields, missed documents, formatting mistakes). It does not apply to rejections caused by applicant eligibility issues. Full details in our Refund Policy.

10. Calculator and Blog Content

Information on our blog, visa approval calculator, and country pages is for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, visa rules change frequently. Always verify requirements directly with the official government portal before travelling. Our calculator provides an indicative score, not a guarantee.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is owned by OneVisa or used under license. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

12. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Provide false information
  • Attempt to submit fraudulent documents
  • Abuse our customer support channels
  • Engage in any activity that violates Indian law

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [your city, e.g., New Delhi].

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email.
