OneVisa is a fully digital service. We do not ship physical goods. This page explains how we deliver our services to you.
1. Nature of Our Service
OneVisa provides electronic visa processing services for Indian passport holders. All services are delivered electronically. No physical products are shipped, and no courier is involved.
2. Service Delivery Process
- Application submission: Delivered instantly via our website when you complete the form and make payment.
- Document verification: Our team reviews your documents within 2-4 business hours of submission.
- Government submission: We submit your application to the relevant government portal within 24 hours of document verification.
- Approved visa delivery: The approved e-Visa, eTA, or authorisation document is delivered directly to your registered email address as soon as the government issues it.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes depend on the destination country and are set by the issuing government authority:
- Fast processing countries (Thailand, Cambodia, Sri Lanka): 1-3 business days
- Standard processing countries (Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia): 3-5 business days
- Detailed processing countries (Japan, Australia, Schengen): 5-15 business days
These are indicative. Exact times are shown on each country page before you apply. We do not control government processing speeds.
4. Delivery Channel
All approved visa documents are delivered to:
- The email address you provided during application
- Your OneVisa dashboard (accessible by signing in)
- Optional WhatsApp notification to your registered phone number
Please keep your contact details accurate. If you change your email or phone during processing, notify us immediately on WhatsApp.
5. Failed Delivery
If your approved visa does not reach you within 24 hours of government approval:
- Check your email spam/junk folder
- Sign in to your OneVisa account and download the visa directly

We'll resend your visa within 2 hours of contact.
6. What You Receive
Depending on the country, your delivered visa may be:
- A PDF to print and carry with you while travelling
- A digital e-Visa accessible via smartphone (Japan eVisa)
- A confirmation email with visa reference number (some eTAs)
We include clear instructions on what to print, show at the airport, and any additional forms required.
7. International Applicability
OneVisa primarily serves Indian passport holders applying for visas to foreign countries. Our service is delivered globally via the internet — you can apply from anywhere.
